The First Responders class was started at the high school 6yrs ago between the Randolph Police SRO’s and the Randolph Fire Department. Each year the SRO’s along with Randolph Fire Fighters teach seniors at the high school all about police, fire, and EMS. The SRO’s teach basic knowledge of criminal law, constitutional law, MV laws and many other things that a police officer would see in his or her career. Many of these students have gone on to pursue careers and all of these fields.

The school resource unit takes great pride in creating partnerships within our community. Detective Santos and Detective Gagnon are truly honored to work with Randolph youth on a daily basis. Along with working with the youth of Randolph, the SRO’s are great examples on how to build bridges and gain trust from all members of the community.
